FAQ

1. Which brand of head boards you are using,BYHX?

We use our own brand head boards. We have our own R&D team to design our own board which will suits Ricoh head better. BYHX is a board company which is doing Epson head board mainly, they focus on UV printing not in textile printing. BYHX started from 2019 while YS started from 2013, and they don’t have experience for Gen5e head.

2. The difference between reactive ink printing and pigment ink printing?

Reactive ink: it needs steaming and washing after printing. It needs steaming and washing machine. The process is complicated.

Pigment ink: it needs fixation after printing which can be done in the heater with 170℃. it doesn’t need steaming and washing machines. The process is simple.

3. Do you provide steaming and coating machine for me?

We have cooperated steaming and coating machine factories. We can provide a whole plan for you which suits our machine printing speed.

4. What’s your machine production?

For 1816 with gen6 head, 1 pass is 540spm per hour.

For 1808 with gen6 head, 1 pass is 330sqm per hour.

5. Which kind of ink can we use on this machine? Can we use all these inks on your machine?

Reactive ink, disperse ink, acid ink and pigment ink can be used on our machine.

All ink can’t be used together in 1 machine, we can’t use reactive ink and disperse ink together.

If machine use pigment ink or disperse ink, this machine can’t transfer to use other ink. If machine use reactive ink or acid ink, machine can transfer to other inks.
